Chef and Sous Chef
- Prepares food in accordance with club recipes and standards.
- Prepares all required items.
- Sets up service units with needed items.
- Prepares items that are ordered in accordance with established portions and presentations.
- Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages.
- Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
- Maintains a neat and professional appearance and observes sanitary rules.
- Sets-up, maintains and breaks down prep cook stations.
- Coordinates and times orders with other kitchen operations.
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the Chef and Sous Chef.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
