Responsibilities
  • Prepares food in accordance with club recipes and standards.
  • Prepares all required items.
  • Sets up service units with needed items.
  • Prepares items that are ordered in accordance with established portions and presentations.
  • Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages.
  • Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
  • Maintains a neat and professional appearance and observes sanitary rules.
  • Sets-up, maintains and breaks down prep cook stations.
  • Coordinates and times orders with other kitchen operations.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned by the Chef and Sous Chef.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
